As a former Big 4 ICAEW-qualified accountant, she built her foundation in enterprise finance, managing budgets from £55m to £200m within FTSE environments, leading teams of up to 30, and delivering forecasting frameworks and KPI structures at scale.

She then stepped into the real world of SMEs. For 13 years she ran her own accountancy firm, followed by co-founding and operating an advisory firm. In that time, she witnessed first-hand:

• Resistance to advisory pricing because value wasn't structured
• Cash flow mismanagement
• A chronic lack of forward-looking financial visibility

Melanie later led digital advisory journeys for 300+ accountancy firms across EMEA and North America, working alongside enterprise organisations including BDO, Bishop Fleming, PwC, Forvis Mazars and PKF.

In SaaS environments, she drove adoption, retention and upsell, collaborating directly with product teams, developers and UX specialists in agile sprints to ensure features solved real commercial friction.

Simon brings structured financial clarity from years of board and fractional CFO roles across international businesses.

He has worked as a strategic partner to founders, CEOs and leadership teams, guiding organisations through growth, restructuring and scale. His expertise spans:
